I have Purchased 5 acres in San Bernardino County in the High Desert great price owner financing. ON EBAY!

I called the - Tax Collector - No back taxes / title is free and clear!
I called the Building and Safety Department of the county... Betty said that I can build out there and
nobody is going to care ! Sweeeetttt
I am excited 5 acre parcel for $3,500 dollars 0%interest about 30 some odd payments of 100 dollars a month! Yearly taxes on this parcel is a mear $30 dollars a year.
